The objective was to re-design a brand identity package for an existing restaurant business in downtown, London, ON.
I started this project by understanding the problem and the challenges that I will come across to design for this restaurant. After doing detailed research on other restaurant logos, typography, trends, and colours, I made my mind to design something that is pictorial at the same time very minimal and easy to remember, I wanted to play around with the name “CHICKPZ”. Later, I combine a few outlines and silhouettes of chickpea with the letter “C” to create an image for the brand.
One of the major problem with their old logo and artwork was the visibility and readability.
The main objective of this project was to design an event ID-card with digital security features like QR-Code, gloss print, UV print, ETC. Another aspect of this project was to design merchandise and website landing page.
YOUR BRAIN VS THE INTERNET is a webinar happened in October, 2021. in Toronto. This online seminar was held to educate people about how to overcome internet's addiction and how to develop healthy habits to stay away from constant exposure of screen time.
I wanted to illustrate the message behind the event, in a simple, yet powerful way. I started drawing some ideas on paper. The sketch that hit me most and even the art director was having a brain fighting a cell phone(internet, social media).
I took my pencil-made drawing to Adobe Illustrator and made a black and white digital drawing, A black and white is always the best way to start.
Another school project with the task was to create a brand identity and a bottle label for a small-scale local craft beer manufacturer.
The Traveler's Brewery is a small-scale, locally-owned craft beer brewery who were looking for a fresh brand identity and new labels for their 3 new flavors named after 3 famous cities in the world. Fore example, Venice - Ginger Ale, New York - Amber Ale and London Stout.

The objective of this ad was to promote an offer and latest product range from Traveler's Brewery. I used the mockups of all the 3 flavours and placed them as a main subject in the design. Empty road is used in this ad because of the fact that this ad was produced when world was under COVID-19 lockdown.
The objective of this T-shirt design was to promote the latest offer on Fish 'N' Chips with a cold beer for just $15 at Traveler's Brewery Pub. This T-shirt was made using only one colour for cost-efficient reasons. The title of the promotion was produced in Adobe Illustrator with a spot colour profile.
The purpose of table talker was to promote Traveler's Brewery's one of latest offers. The offer was a combo deal of Fish 'N' Chips with a beer for just $15. I personally took the photograph of Fish 'N' Chips and slightly refined it in photoshop. The second was to have a cool-looking typography for the title of the promotion, I designed the title with chalk style effect on the text and lines around it to make it look hand-written.
The photographs of the beer bottles were the mockups, I adjusted and refined those mockups to make them look like an actual photographs of beer bottles.
The objective was to re-design a brand identity package for an existing yet fictitious cafe based in London, Ontario
Unlike other projects, this project was started with the challenge of brainstorming a possible name for a local cafe business. Once the name “Caffination” was determined, I sketched out tens of thumbnails in my drawing book, most of the initial ideas were based on coffee beans, coffee cups, and Canada’s most famous symbol a maple leaf, I wanted to make a design that has a combination of coffee beans and a maple leaf because a simple-looking pictorial logo is more effective than anything else. Later, 2 ideas were approved for the next step by my art director(professor). Among the 2 ideas, the favorite one was the badge-styled rounded-looking logo which was tried in many different colours and font styles.
The logo with a maple leaf and coffee bean with the use of positive and negative space was finalized but not in the form of a badge but in the simplest way logo can be. The fresh-looking shade of green and an energizing shade of orange is used on the final design. Additionally, packaging design and a coffee cup were produced too in a way that they can look associated with the brand
The objective was to design a brand identity for a fictional clothing brand that produces sports wear and equipment.
The name Boomer is derived from Australian slang for a Kangaroo, the company wanted to incorporate a jumpy in motion Kangaroo in the logo. The design process started with brief research on typography, colours, design trends, competitors, target audience, and what others are doing.
The prominent design work began with pencil-drawn sketches which were later turned into black and white computer-generated concepts.
The brand Boomer was seeking a young, energetic, effective, and unforgettable design, It was a big challenge to draw the right graphic(Kangaroo) with Avant-Garde font family in motion.
All the 4 concepts were reviewed by my art director(professor). He asked me to with concept 1, 2 and 4. These 3 ideas were tried with colours that I found suitable for the nature of the business.
The task was to re-design the cover for an existing book for a school project. No photograph or vector art was allowed to be used on the cover. Instead, a textual, typographical design was needed.
5 Point Someone is a famous book in India, although it was never so famous until a blockbuster Bollywood movie called “3 Idiots” came out which was based on this novel. Just like anyone from India, when I think of 5 Point Someone, I think of 3 Idiots.
I visualized artwork made up of text(phrases and dialogues from the book) portraying 3 lead characters in the book stepping on the stairwells before I can actually create it in Illustrator. Youthful colours like vibrant blue, yellow, green, and red were tried for this design, and finally blue and yellow were finalized. The final printable design was rendered in InDesign.
Spice Den - Saucery was looking for a brand new logo design for their company. Also, they are looking for packaging and bottle label design for one of their products BBQ hot sauce.
Nearly 10 logo thumbnails were drawn in the initial stage, almost all of the ideas were made around chili pepper to give visual understanding of company's business. The ideas that hit me the most and my art director were the one with letter "S" in a shape of a chili pepper.
I developed 3 concepts digitally using Adobe Illustrator, The 1st option was created with 2 chili peppers up-side-down to make the letter "S" for Spice Den using positive-negative space. The 2nd option was having chili too, which was the least favorite one. The 3rd option was a sauce splash with a cut in the center to write the company's name in the negative space.
For packaging design, the first thing I did was an illustration of garlic and chili peppers. I tried to draw it in a photo-realistic way as much as possible.
After finalizing the illustration, the sauce packaging box(9.2613 W x 9.2823 H), and bottle label(6.2778 W X 4.2778 H) were designed. The box and bottle were bi-lingual having English and French text. Additionally, I made the background with fire to demonstrate heat.
A Logo, a brochure and a trade show booth design were needed for a kitchen renovation company based in Ontario.
This project was long, broke down into many stages. It started with a process of brainstorming the ideas for a logo design that can suit this business. A bold-looking design was needed to demonstrate the strength, precision and various nature of the business to create awareness about the business across southwestern Ontario. The concept with the thick letter “C” incorporating the whole kitchen(to say it loud that we do cabinets, drawers, chimneys, etc.) into the design was approved by the art director. Later, after trying many different colours for the design and fonts for the primary name of the business, in particular, strong bold slab font was used to create the final design
The second part was to design an attention-grabbing tri-fold brochure with tons of information and pictures that will go on to it. Firstly, all the supplied images for the brochure were converted into CMYK colours space using Adobe Photoshop. Secondly, a tri-fold InDesign document with 3.375W in x 8H in was created, the layout was designed in a way that the brochure doesn’t look crowded and yet holds a huge amount of information and pictures.
The third part of the project was to design a trade show booth. The layout of the booth was prominently based on the brochure design to keep the brand consistent with all forms of promotional materials. Apart from converting a brochure into a booth, the major challenge for designing this booth was the booth’s structure itself, there were curves on both left and the right end of the booth, and placing the vital information such as social media was not so easy.
